Current Openings

Spectrum is looking for some additional musicians to help make great music. We currently have open positions in our Violin and Viola sections.

We welcome adult musicians who are willing to work hard, practice diligently, and commit to regular attendance. You may be asked to provide an informal screening video to help determine skill level and facilitate seating assignments.

Take a look at our planned repertoire. If you’d like to take a look at the parts, most of the music we play can be downloaded from www.imslp.org.

We are always looking to add qualified musicians to our sub list. So whatever you play, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our Rehearsals

We rehearse on Thursday evenings 7:00 – 9:30 pm at Bloomfield Hills High School, 4200 Andover Rd, Bloomfield Twp, MI 48302. Alternate locations are: Derby Middle School, 1300 Derby Road, Birmingham, and Orchard United Methodist Church, 30450 Farmington Road, Farmington Hills.
