Who is this part of the website for?

The musicians are of the website is for all active Spectrum musicians, including substitute and contract.

What do I do if I need help?

If you need help and you can’t access the musicians portal, you need to request assistance via the regular, public-facing contact form.

If you are able to access the musicians portal, you can request help by filing a ticket.

If I create an account now, do I retain access forever?

Regular Spectrum musicians retain access to the musicians portal from the date their Commitment Letter is processed. Access is automatically revoked on July 1st, until the musician commits to performing during the next season.

I used to be able to access the portal but no longer can. Why?

If it is after July 1st, and you have not submitted your Commitment Letter for the next season, you will not be able to access the portal.

If you are a temporary musician, your access expired at the end of your contract term. If you have been promoted to a permanent position and your account does not yet reflect this, you should contact us.
